Discount coupons, free tickets and discount promotions:

* Are not exchangeable for money.

* Forgot your coupon? Unfortunately, the discount cannot be calculated.
* At 10% discount in the store, 1 receipt per payment possible.
* The birthday child gets in free only on their birthday or when visiting with a children's party.
* Free entry for up to 2 birthday children per children's party.
* In case of disagreement, Jan Klaassen is always right!
* When filling in your email address on a coupon, you consent to subscribe to our newsletter which is released up to twice a week. You can unsubscribe quickly and easily, if desired.
2 for the price of 1 & VIP vouchers
* 2 for the price of 1 is not possible together with a free ticket.
* 2 for the price of 1 is not possible together with the winter discount rate.
* 2 for the price of 1 is not possible together with online tickets from webshop.
* At 2 for the price of 1 or VIP voucher or other discounts you will not receive a consumption coin.
* Do not apply to schools.
* Do not apply for a participation package or Gelrepas
* Not valid on Boxing Day.
* It is not permitted to resell coupons.
Webshoptickets
* Refunds are not possible, once ordered, unfortunately we do not refund money due to administrative costs [these amounts are € 15.00].
* The discount rate in the webshop can only be ordered online. The regular entrance fee applies at the cash register.
* Tickets from the webshop are considered a discount voucher, see the conditions above.
* Does not go in combination with 2 for the price of 1 or 3 for the price of 2.
* You will receive tickets with QR code via email (check spambox).
* Show your unique QR code at the checkout (print out or on phone).
* Tickets from the webshop are not combined with discount vouchers.
* The winter discount rate does not go in combination with other discounts on entrance.
* The date on the ticket is the last day of use, after which tickets can no longer be redeemed or exchanged.
* The starting date is the start at which you can hand in the ticket, previously it is not valid.
Social Deal and any other providers or auction sites
* Do not apply to school trips.
* Do not apply in combination with other discount promotions.
* Please note the date on the ticket; after that date it can no longer be used.
* Not valid on Boxing Day.
Participating package
* Do not apply in combination with discount promotions
* Valid only within park opening hours.
* Not valid on Boxing Day.
* You will receive the tickets by email with a unique number, print them out and take them with you during your visit.
* Participating package tickets cannot be exchanged for money or other entrance tickets/arrangements.
* Ticket only valid once, with unique number.
* ID required.
* Valid until the end of the year.
* Tickets can also be scanned by phone.

Gelrepas
* Do not apply in combination with discount promotions
* Valid only within park opening hours.
* Not valid on Boxing Day.
* With deGelrepas you can only order a meal deal at the cash register/entrance.
* ID required.
* Valid until the end of the year.
Winter discount
* Valid for the dates as stated on the ticket.
* Submit to the cash register via the webshop or printed discount voucher, fully completed.
* Winter discount rate does not go in combination with other discounts and 2 for 1 vouchers.
* Not to be redeemed after the closing period and no money back.
* You will not receive a free consumption coin for discount vouchers or winter discounts.
* Not valid on Boxing Day.
Found Items
* Jan Klaassen keeps found objects for 2 weeks, then they go to charity.
Have you lost something? You have 2 weeks to come and pick it up, we will not send it.
You can also come and pick up found objects during your school trip yourself.
Annual pass
* Annual pass is valid for 1 year from the date of commencement.
* Refunds are not possible, once ordered, unfortunately we do not refund money due to administrative costs [these amounts are € 15.00].
* For children an annual pass is non-transferable; for parents or grandparents it is only valid together with the children's annual pass.
* An annual pass is valid for 1 year within the park's opening hours.
No rights can be derived from days when the park is closed.
Boxing Day:
* Christmas tickets only valid. You cannot take advantage of a discount on the entrance on this day.
* No discount coupons, free tickets or promotions are valid.
* Participate package tickets not valid.
* Order Christmas tickets via the webshop or pay at the park cash register.
* Tickets won from the Facebook promotion are strictly personal and non-transferable.
House rules:
* Pets are not allowed [except fully trained guide dogs].
* Adults are admitted only when accompanied by children.
* Children must be accompanied by a parent.
* The Land of Jan Klaassen is a smoke-free park. There is 1 smoking place where you can smoke. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground when this is pointed out to you.
* Chewing gum is prohibited in the indoor playground.
* It is not permitted to bring alcoholic drinks or soft drinks yourself.
* It is not allowed to bring your own snacks, ice cream, etc., bread is of course allowed.
* All self-brought food and drinks (such as juices or sweets) are allowed alone being consumed at the table.
* It is not permitted to carry out both commercial and non-commercial entertainment activities, in the broadest sense of the word, in Het Land by Jan Klaassen without the express permission of the management.
* One must always follow the instructions of the Jan Klaassen staff.
* Please read the evacuation plan at the cash register and entrance doors of the indoor playground.
* You may be photographed or filmed for commercial purposes.
* There is CCTV throughout the park and you are being recorded, the recordings will be automatically deleted after 3 weeks.
* In case of disagreement, Jan Klaassen is always right.
