Can I bring my own food and drinks to Het Land by Jan Klaassen?
You are allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the park. It is not permitted to bring alcoholic drinks and ice cream.

Are pets allowed in Jan Klaassen's Land?
Pets are not allowed. We do not have a shelter where you can leave your dog during your visit. Please take this into account when planning your visit.

Where can I eat gluten-free in the children's amusement park?
For gluten-free products you can visit one of our catering establishments. Here you will find information about the possibilities.

Can I return my entrance ticket purchased online?
Refunds are not possible, once ordered, unfortunately we do not refund money due to administrative costs (these amounts are €15)

Can I heat up my infant food somewhere?
A microwave is available for heating baby food.

Is there an opportunity for my children to take an afternoon nap?
There is a children's bedroom for an afternoon nap (don't forget to bring your own bedding).
